Charley’s Steak House in Orlando’s menu features prime steaks, market fresh seafood, hand-crafted cocktails and fine wines. Selecting only three-year-old USDA Prime and Choice Angus Steers, aging them for four to six weeks for tenderness and flavor, and hand cut daily by our managers to ensure consistent quality. We are committed to giving our customers only the highest quality beef available. Not only are there no hormones added to our beef, but we also use only the freshest sustainable seafood in the market.
