Every steak is hand-cut in-house, aged for peak tenderness, and grilled over our custom-built 1,200° pit fired with Florida citrus and oak wood – the same method that’s kept us among America’s top steakhouses for decades. A New Home, Coming 2027

In 2027, Charley’s Steak House in Tampa is moving less than a mile down the road – to the corner of West Spruce Street and North Westshore Boulevard, across from International Plaza. The new building will be nearly 30% larger, with expanded private dining and the same oasis-like feel Tampa regulars know: lowered ceilings, dimmed lighting, and a wood fire pit at the heart of the room. Until the new doors open, it’s steak as usual at 4444 West Cypress Street.
